Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary for international destinations due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium chairs, chaises, loveseats, sleeper sofas, and sofas. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Sleeper sofas that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
